Terms of Service
1) These terms of service apply to you as a member, being a user or advertiser at AdPostBux.com. When registering at AdPostBux.com, you confirm that you have read and understood the following terms and conditions of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must not register.2) You have to provide a valid email address upon registering.
3) US citizens and International users are allowed, except where membership is prohibited by law. All members must be at least 13 years of age. We does not discriminate anyone based on race, nationality, or religion.
4) You are allowed to have one account per IP address or household. Do not try to create more than one account, as all of your accounts will be terminated and balances will be forfeited.
5) Your upline cannot be changed.
6) Payments - • All payments will be made through AlertPay or Paypal(coming soon). • All payment requests will be processed Instantly through the respective payment processors. • In case if the Instant payment fails, payment requests will be processed manually within 24 hours. • Payments may get delayed if the payment processor services are down.
7) All members who recieve payments from us should post their payment proofs in the Support Forum within 24 hours. • If you do not know to post screenshots, you can just post your username, amount recieved and date in the Support Forum. • Failure to post payment proof within 24 hours(1 day) will lead to Account Suspension.
8) If the member is not clicking any ads for a period of 3 days, the member account will be temporarily suspended. After 3 days of inactivity, your account will be temporarily suspended and permanently suspended after 30 days of inactivity.
9) All suspended accounts will have their balances reset, all associated direct referrals taken away and no refunds will be offered.
10) We have the right to modify your account information and/or balances due to evident errors in the system.
11) It has to be stressed that auto-click software is in any kind is prohibited. If we catch you using using this kind of software, your account will be terminated without notice.
12) All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account suspension.
13) We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program.
14) We have the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserves the right to cancel these services any time with and/or without any notice.
15) We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service, spamming, cheating or general misuse of the system.
16) Refund Policy - Fees for upgrading membership, purchasing advertisement campaigns like banner ads, link ads, etc and purchasing intangible items like un-referred members(renting referrals), purchase funds, etc are non-refundable.
